About the Job:

We are looking for charismatic and experienced hands-on team-leader to lead a professional team and develop our deep-learning inference library.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will manage a team of highly creative and talented SW engineers
  • Provide input for future planning based on area of expertise and target devices
  • Shape the vision for future computer vision solutions.
  • Investigate, identify, and implement research ideas published in lead scientific proceedings.
  • Extend, optimize and invent new algorithms in order to deliver the needed functionality.

    • Required

  • ​At least 3-5 years managerial experience
  • BSc/MSc ​ ​in ​ ​Computer ​ ​Science
  • 4+ ​ ​years ​ ​of ​ ​hands-on ​ ​real-time ​ ​optimizations ​ ​on ​ ​embedded ​ ​hardware
  • Experience in infrastructure management for continuous integration environment
  • Strong ​ ​software ​ ​engineering ​ ​competency ​ ​in ​ ​C/C++
  • Experience ​ ​in ​ ​SIMD ​ ​programming ​ ​such ​ ​as ​ ​NEON, ​ ​AVX ​ ​and/or ​ ​SSE
  • In ​ ​depth ​ ​knowledge ​ ​of ​ ​ARM ​ ​processor ​ ​architecture

    • Big Advantage:

  • Familiarity ​ ​with ​ ​toolkits ​ ​for ​ ​deep ​ ​learning ​ ​such ​ ​as ​ ​TensorFlow, ​ ​Torch
  • Good knowledge and experience in Computer Vision algorithms(Object detection, Segmentation) and Machine Learning
  • ​​Low ​ ​level ​ ​system ​ ​experience ​ ​with ​ ​Linux, ​ ​including ​ ​device ​ ​drivers ​ ​and ​ ​multicore systems
  • GPU ​ ​Programming ​ ​using ​ ​Cuda ​ ​or ​ ​OpenCL, ​ ​an ​ ​advantage
